Choose a real problem
Start with a recurring builder or business-owner problem that fits the site's purpose and can be solved with substantial practical guidance.
RESEARCH → REVIEW → UPDATE
An eight-stage process designed to produce useful answers, visible evidence, responsible automation, and maintainable SEO—not mass-produced pages.
THE STANDARD
Search demand may help prioritize a topic, but it is not enough to justify publication. The problem must fit the audience and the site must be able to add meaningful value.
The method is intentionally slower than one-click generation. It creates reusable editorial structure while preserving human responsibility.
Start with a recurring builder or business-owner problem that fits the site's purpose and can be solved with substantial practical guidance.
Clarify who is asking, what decision or task they face, what they already know, and what a satisfying answer must help them do.
Use official documentation, standards, government guidance, direct product information, and first-hand project records where they apply.
Identify the implementation steps, examples, tradeoffs, boundaries, checklists, or tools that make the page more useful than a summary of other sources.
A human controls the thesis and final structure. AI may assist with alternatives, organization, code, or quality checks under the published AI-use policy.
Review accuracy, evidence, usefulness, repetition, certainty, permissions, safety, readability, internal links, and commercial disclosures.
Check metadata, canonical URL, headings, structured data, crawlable links, sitemap membership, images, accessibility, mobile states, and performance.
Use Search Console, analytics, customer questions, errors, and platform changes to prioritize meaningful updates without creating false freshness.
PRE-PUBLISH QUALITY GATE
Would the intended reader still find this useful if they arrived directly rather than from search?
Does the page add analysis, implementation, evidence, or tools beyond restating existing sources?
Can important claims be verified, and are changing policies connected to current primary documentation?
Is first-hand project context identified honestly with a clear evidence boundary?
Is any AI assistance reviewed and disclosed where a reader would reasonably expect an explanation?
Can search engines and people reach, understand, navigate, and use the page across devices?
