Project inquiries

When you submit the project form, Grow With Ukesh receives the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, business information, website, requested service, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, and project description.

This information is used to review the inquiry, respond to you, prepare a project recommendation, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. Inquiries are not published or sold to advertisers.

Security and abuse prevention

The website may process limited technical information such as browser details, referral page, and a one-way hash derived from the requesting network address. Raw network addresses are not intentionally stored in the lead database. Cloudflare Turnstile and distributed rate limiting may be used to identify automated or abusive submissions.

Email delivery and lead storage

Project inquiries are stored in a private Postgres database and email notifications are delivered through third-party infrastructure providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide database, security, scheduling, analytics, or email-delivery services.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics loads only when a valid measurement ID is configured. It may collect usage information such as pages visited, device or browser information, and interactions with links or forms. Advertising tracking is not currently used on this website.

Meeting scheduling

If you choose to book a meeting, you may be sent to a public Google Calendar appointment page. Google's privacy terms apply to information submitted through that booking page.

Portfolio previews and external links

Portfolio thumbnails may be generated through an external screenshot service, and links can open external websites. Those services and websites have their own privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage potential or active client work, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Grow With Ukesh.
